About the Host Home Program

Colinds’ host home program connects adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities with compassionate individuals who provide them with a safe and caring home environment.

Our host home providers undergo extensive background screening and training to ensure every individual in their home has a safe home environment catered to their needs.

Interested in becoming a host home provider?

Host home providers welcome adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities into their home, providing a safe and comfortable home environment.  Providers assist individuals with daily living skills, personal care, medical appointments, meals, and more.  

To become a host home provider your home must meet necessary qualifications. You must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and pass all background and reference checks. Interested in becoming a Host Home Provider?
